History
The Million Dollar Family Law Council is one of the most prestigious family law association in the Nation. The Council was founded to recognize the skills, experience and accomplishments of family law attorneys who have won complex, high value cases and who have demonstrated the highest level of professional ethics. In addition, the Council was created to provide a network of family law colleagues for information exchange, collaboration and assistance.
Dues
There is an initial fee of $195 for application review, certification and adding the new member attorney information and website link to the Member Directory. Thereafter, there are annual membership dues of $49 for review of state bar association records to verify that no disciplinary action has been taken against the member in the past year. Dues are subject to change.
Benefits
Membership in the Council provides family law attorneys a dignified and professional way to communicate to referring attorneys, clients and others that they have successfully handled complex family law cases. Members are authorized to hold themselves out as members of the Million Dollar Family Law Council in any manner consistent with rules of professional conduct applicable in their state including the use of logos and trademarks.
Membership in the Council provides an informal network of experienced family law attorneys for professional referrals, collaboration and information exchange.
MEMBER DIRECTORY & WEBSITE LINK All members are included in the on-line Member Directory which includes: their name, firm name, address and phone. We also offer the option of including a “do follow” link to the member’s firm website on the Member Directory.

MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE Members receive a certificate certifying that they are members of the Million Dollar Family Law Council.
PRESS RELEASE A press release is prepared announcing the new member’s certification. The press release is sent directly to the member for distribution to appropriate publications, clients and referring attorneys.
USE OF LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS Members may use the logos and trademarks of the Million Dollar Family Law Council to indicate their membership. Members may use said logo and trademarks on websites, letterhead, business cards, advertising, etc. in any manner consistent with the rules of professional conduct applicable in their state and subject to the terms of use. See Use of Logos and Trademarks for terms of use.

Printing Files
The following logos are high resolution (vector) files used for printed materials. Specialized graphics software is needed to open them. From vector files, most other files types and formats for various applications may be made.
DUPLICATE & REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATES Duplicate or replacement membership certificates are available. There is a $50 charge per certificate. To obtain duplicate certificates, please send a request to:
